If your steamid is on the list, you get kicked.

Current version doesn't. We just log cheating actions and create lists manually.
We are sending special versions of the 4.29 server to trusted server communities that perform this special logging.

The public version does not have this feature. But we are adding the Bans from these trusted server communities to the public bins.
